Bob, it was nice seeing you tonight. The player is David Kurrasch. Damn I hope I spelled that right. David is one hell of a player. He has one of the sweetest gigs going right now. Sunny is great, and the whole band is phenomenal. David is such a sweetheart.

David, I will get my number to you. The next time you are in northern California, I would be more than glad to lend you my Nashville 400 (even though you sounded good through the Fender they rented for you tonight). I know what it is like to play through an amp you are not happy with. My NV400 is one sweet amp.

All I can say (actually I could talk for hours) is that Texas is the future of real country music. We got Sunny in the national spotlight, now let's get Amber Digby, Justin Trevino and the rest of the REAL country artists in the limelight where they deserve to be.

I got some pics tonight, and if I can figure out how to get them from my phone onto my 'puter, I'll share them with y'all.

Thank you. This is the first I've heard of her. Very good. Glitzy guitar.

Bob and Richard, thanks a bunch for coming out, we had a great time, and that was Sunny's first ever sold out show! Who would have thought it would happen in San Jose? Richard, I enjoyed talking with you, and I know your ears must still be ringing, after being so close to the stage all night!

Nice meeting you too, David.

I know what you mean about ringing ears. I was smart enough to wear industrial ear plugs that night; the last show I saw there (Band Perry) was so loud that I honestly thought I had permanent damage. Took days to hear again!

Enjoy the gig. She seems like a blast to work for. Anyone that sings like that, is that cute, and drinks 2 beers during her set has to be alright!

Actually, where I was standing (to the left of the stage behind the mains and those God awful sub woofers) the sound was pretty tolerable. I could hear everyone, although the fiddle was hard to hear at times. I've never seen that club that packed (even when I played there - Boo Hoo Sad ). I hope you all come back soon. I am emailing my phone number to you so you can borrow my amp the next time if you don't have your own.

That definitely is a good sign. She gets right down onto the same level as the crowd. Never do you see an "I am a star so eat it" attitude from Sunny. This is what I see as the Texas personality.

It's time to move the country music industry to Texas where it should be.

Thanks Mickey! I do still need to get with you on adding the split tuners in the changers that we talked about, as soon as I can afford it!

Saw her at the Opry last October for the 85th Birthday Bash. She played outside before the Opry performance, then played the Opry, and outside again. Awesome. Steel player was great.

As of today, #13 on the Billboard Country chart. It's been on the charts for 37 weeks.

Way to go Sunny.
