Thanks, Jim.

This is a single-neck 10 string E9 guitar with 3 pedals and one knee lever. I believe it's an "Emmons" copedant. One single-coil pickup with no markings, about 16K ohms DC resistance. This guitar is in good condition. It includes the original MSA 'hardshell' case and leg bag. I cannot find a serial number or nameplate anywhere on the unit. The body is plywood with a molded plastic woodgrain covering.

I bought this last year to satisfy my lifelong curiosity about this instrument, and this Red Baron had the lowest "price of entry" of ANY PSG I've seen anywhere. It's been a fun ride but, 1) I've got a baby on the way and 2)I'm going to be concentrating on bass guitar. So I need to pass this on to make room and fund more gear purchases. :)

Issues:
~ The original built-in volume pedal is missing its hardware. I went ahead and disconnected the built-in volume pot, the pickup is connected straight to the output jack.

~ The original knee lever was missing. I jerry-rigged one out of small steel channel. It works, but doesn't "fold up" like the originals, you have to remove it with an allen wrench.

~ The changer and all the pulls work. I never really got the "C" pedal tuned in correctly, but the A and B pedals work - they pull up to pitch and return to the correct pitch.

~ One roller on the roller nut doesn't turn - 3rd string I think. Doesn't seem to affect tuning stability.

I would greatly prefer to sell locally in the DALLAS - FT.WORTH area. I honestly don't think the case is rugged enough to protect the instrument for shipping, but if you're willing to take the risk, I'll consider it. However, you will have to buy insurance to cover any damage.

Please reply or send a PM if you have any questions. Thank you.
