Got Herb Steiner's course "Swinging on E9th Vol.2. This is the first course of his that I have gotten. Just want to say, I am well pleased, and think he does a great job putting these together. The way he "Tabs" out is a little different then I was used too, But he makes you think and learn. Also you have to use your "ear for music" if you still have one I really like the way Herb plays also. All in All....... Good music, good tabs, and good backing track. Can't go wrong...... Thanks Herb...<>< _________________ Little Round Mound of Sound. D-10 8/5 ShoBud "The Professional" Pevey NV400. |

Brother Herb is a great player and puts out great instructional courses. And Herb is always willing to answer any questions a player might have on his courses...jr |

I've got Swingin' on E9th Vol 2 also and you're absolutely right! The tunes are challenging but not to the point of frustration. They're fun to play over and over, and I'm working out my own arrangements to add to them. I'm definitely going back for more of Herb's stuff. |

Hey Allen...... Your right. Herbs lessons give you the lee-way to do your own thing if you want. I'm really enjoying swing vol.2, and will get vol.1 later. _________________ Little Round Mound of Sound. D-10 8/5 ShoBud "The Professional" Pevey NV400. |

I have about 12 of them like them all, very plain and good work, a lot of the songs I play I learned from his work.
Herb hope to see you in Dallas.

I learned so much from Herb's E9 Johnny Bush course.
My top top two strings no longer hang there rusty and unused.
Much love and respect Mr. Steiner. Thank you. _________________ Sierra Session U12, Milkman 1/2, Goodrich Omni, Divine Noise Cables, BJS, Solid cosmic gold, baby 👶🏻 |

All of Herb's stuff is top notch. I still love his CD, Texas Dance Time. I listened to it over and over as my son David had it at the top of his playlist for about a year and a half–never got old! And where would we be without Dr. Steiner's prescription for the restless sleep our bodies need? |

I had the pleasure last spring to go and get a lesson form Herb. He is an upstanding person. While there I purchased many courses from him and it has helped me in the learning process of the PSG. I will be in the Bastrop area again in Feb and hope to have time to get another lesson form Herb. If you are ever in the Austin area call Herb and set up a lesson. You will not be sorry. Herb keep up the good work and hope to see you in Feb. |

I don't have any courses by Herb but I do have some of his rhythm tracks and IMHO they're top notch. What I like about them is they're a little longer than some folks put out which is great as you can try out more ideas over them. Keep it up Bro. Herb, we like what you're doing......JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |
