Tablature software advice, please....

My needs are simple. (That's what my third wife said but it turned out not to be true.)
I want to take music in standard notation and convert it to tab in open six string tunings. I also want to convert guitar tabs in standard guitar tuning to open tuning tabs.

I really won't be doing anything more complicated than that. Which editing software would be easiest to use for these limited purposes?

I am sincerely grateful, (my fourth wife said that but it turned out not to be true, either.)
