Pick each lick twice, then repeat as needed:
strings 4, 6 & 10 open
strings 4, 6 & 10 w/A&B
strings 4, 5 & 9 open
strings 4, 6 & 10 w/A&B

play at any open fret/chord, i.e. if you play it open you are in E. Go to 5th fret & same lick is in A. Then 7th fret & it is in B. Actually they would be 7th chords cuz the 9th string gives the flatted, dominat 7th. Don't let 'em ring; chop 'em off for staccato effect. Think Memphis-style vamp as you requested.

Six Days Riff- Using the 7th string 1/2 step raise…

Play against the “D” as many times as needed, then move to “G” and “A” @ 10 & 12 frets…
