Bad Switch?

My MSA Universal has a 3 way switch to use the tone control. Up: Tone Control, Middle: Off, Down: Tone Control Bypass.

Now it's only working in the Up position. In the Down position there is no sound. If I get under the guitar and jumper the two middle poles on the back of the switch, then I can get sound in the Down position.

Is the switch bad? If so, what kind do I need and how hard are they replace? Those wires look really small.
