I just bought a per owned Legrande III and had a few issues due to the fact that the previous owners had some non standard changes and some standard changes on non standard pedals/levers.
Ron lashley Jr spent 3 hours with me on the phone today helping put the guitar in perfect tune. I kept apologizing and offering to call him back when I could get some of the changes done rather than him staying on the phone with me but he held my hand the entire way.

After we moved all of the changes back to the standard locations, he walked me thru adjusting the counterforce and compensator and the guitar is in perfect tune!!!

He was nice, funny, entertaining..and he knew that I bought a pre owned guitar, not a new guitar from him and it didn't matter to him.

Class act all the way!!!

I couldnt be happier.

Don

How did that one work out anyhow?

I got severely laid off about the time it was concluding and never looked back.

Ivano got a new pedal rack thanks to a few of us here on the Forum that had one made up for him from scattered parts in new condition from Forum members. He was made whole by people here on the Forum. He never received an apology.

It sure doesn't take long for a compliment to turn into a trashing. Whoa!

Erv, you have to take the bitter with the sweet. After all was said and done, Ivano was severely dissed by the company he trusted.

This posting was started giving the Emmons Co. a compliment for their service. If you Emmons bashers want to start hanging out your dirty laundry, please start another post.
Frankly, I've got my belly full of it.
Since Ivano got all his wants satisfied, we haven't heard a word from him. For all I know, it was just a big scam.
