This person is delusional... I am not an expert but I am pretty sure this is not a guitar from 1934. And the $10k price tag seems like a joke.

The seller has no history and may very well be clueless as to the real market as well as what it is he is actually selling. Either that, or they are trying to pull a fast one on some uninformed rube.
