It is amazing to watch the great technique and hear the fine tone coming from Bob already in the 70's. He is truly a master of the steel.

Steel Player for Mac Wiseman
I can remember as a young teen watching that show a lot and thats when I fell in love with steel guitars.I didn't even know what they were called in those days, just that some day I would have one.Now I know it was Bob Lucier thanks to this thread.

It is hard to imagine Mack with a Pedal steel, piano, and a Telecaster. When I used to see him it was mandolin, banjo, Bull fiddle and martin acoustic.
Sounds good with pedal steel. And George Hamilton sounds good anytime, but he is from North Carolina.
His son Geo.V went to school with my daughter at
