New Christmas CD - Bakersfield style

Post by Mike Headrick »

As Buck Owens once sang...."Christmas Time Is A Comin'", and we're all going to be pulling out our steel guitar CDs of Christmas tunes.

Here's something a little different for your CD Carousel. It's a 12 track CD containing Christmas classics played primarily on a vintage Fender 800 in the traditional "West Coast style". I have some sound clips on another post and you can hear them by clicking this link:

Thanks Charlie, and all others for your early responses.

Several people have ordered multiple copies as gifts for their friends, I presume. Hopefully they're not listening to more than one at a time.
[This message was edited by Mike Headrick on 11 November 2005 at 05:06 AM.]

Thanks for your post, Charles. Yes the guitar on the cover is a Fender 800 and it was used on eleven of the twelve songs.
