Jim has done some awesome work for me. Every time I call him its like your talking to an old friend even though we are 1200 miles apart. Jim is truly one of the special people in the steel guitar world.

I triple-ditto everything you guys are saying. Jim and Rick have been super helpful to me. Heck, even my wife loves hanging out in Jim's shop.
To write with a broken pencil is pointless.
