We had a blast

Post by Johnny Cox »

Joan and I had a blast this year at ISGC. The main stage had great players all weekend. The vendor rooms had great jams till the wee hours of the morning. We saw so many old friends and made new ones too. Thanks to the staff band for playing so well with us. Especially Dino Strunk for stepping up to the plate with a big bat. Dino plays like an adult. Thanks to The Scott family for continuing this great show. Thanks to Jackson Steel for letting me play twice in thier room and for a great guitar. Also thanks to MSA for my other great steel. A special thanks to Frank Warmbrodt, Justin Treveno, Bobby Regot and Swing DeVille for setting in with me Saturday afternnon. And thanks to Del Mullen and Terry Bethel for letting Joan and I play with them Saturday night.
Darn good convention Scotty.
