Bobbe, we're rootin' for ya. Hope to see you again real soon.

June 25th 2009, I was using a chopsaw to cut a 18 inch long piece of 1" x 1" oak into two 9 inch long pieces.
The saw grabbed the wood and spun it so that it smashed my left thumb with the sharp edge of the wood.
Drove myself the 3 miles to the hospital. Found out that if I'd have had an accident, I could have been charged with driving while ability impaired.

15 stitches, and a thumb that looked like a woolly caterpillar for several months, and was tender for a year.
Fortunately it's all better now.

Hope yours gets "all better" too Bobbe.
Lawyers are done: Emmons SD-10, 3 Dekleys including a D10, NV400, and lots of effects units to cover my clams...

Don Helms, the steel guitarist in Hank Williams' Drifting Cowboys band, died Monday morning (Aug. 11) in Nashville.
A bad day all around.

Lest anyone be confused, we should point out that that was August 2008.
