Post by Danny Hammers »

Hi Friends and Family of the Derby Room.
For a lot of us, the Derby Room was our Home Room. So Billy Robinson, Lynn Owsley, Bobby Reed and myself will have "The Ole Derby Room" again this year. Bob Callaway will have some new Derby Steel Guitar's for sale.
Stop by, have some fun, and say hello

Hi Danny, You know we will be there, as we have for so many years.
I've been wanting to give to a call, but I lost my computer, and
after I got that working, my satelite quit working, and then I had
to wait another week for them to replace the whole system. Needless
to say I lost almost all of my email addresses and phone numbers.
Anyway we sure look forward to seeing you and our friends again.

Larry, we're sure looking forward to seeing you and Jean again too.
PS: That's our 43rd aniversary, and it's always in the Derby Room.

Carl and Jean

Danny, do you have a guitar player? Would you like me to bring my guitar? Just asking, if you have it covered, no problem. Thanks, looking forward to seeing everyone. Lonnie Portwood

Hi Lonnie
We try to only have the best of the best pickers in the Ole Derby Room.
So saying that, I guess you had better bring your guitar.
We will spread it out so everyone can have breaks
You'll not need an amp. I'm bring a extra N-112 and Vegas 400

Hi Bill, I won't be there until sometime Friday morning.
I'll take a Ritt with me, but don't know if I'll be playing or not.
Right now I don't have enough strength in my legs to play
and my ears are bothering me again. Hope it's over by then.
I think for some unknown reason, the >:-) is out to get me.
