Hello,

I will be on the second stage at the Support our Troops concert in Bristow, VA this Saturday, October 8. Montgomery Gentry is headlining the show, I will be playing with Christian Gibbs on the "second stage" around 5 PM. Are we crazy to drive 10 hours round trip to play (potentially) by the Port-o-lets? We shall see! I would love to see any of my Forum friends there, please say hi if you are planning on going to the MG show.

You can hear some of Christian's music and some of my playing (now two years old) on myspace:

check out "Ten Horse"

Here are some details on the big gig:

Is Randy Sorrells still playing PSG for Montgomery Gentry? If so, he is a super good player and a great guy also!

Hi Eddie,

I don't know, but I do hope I get to meet Eddie, this will be my first big (they are expecting 7,500-15,000 people) gig on the steel, we are playing 20 min sets inbetween the headliners. Should be fun, although the weather leaves something to be desired.

Thanks for the tip about Randy.

Do try to meet Randy if you can, one of the world's nicest musicians. Please tell him hi for me...
