WTB Fender Princeton Reverb
Looking for a Blackface or Silverface Princeton Reverb. I will be in the US in August, so you can send it to an US address.

Here's a list of all Princeton Reverbs advertised on craigslist nationally. Good luck on your search.

Would you be interested in a new amplifier made to the blackface specs of the AA1164?

Yes I built it. I didn't build the cabinet but assembled everything. I built this one for a customer in Georgia. It worked fine when it left here but he says it's making a rattling sound now. I sent a return shipping tag and it's due back here today. My normal policy is to guarantee a good amp and will do any future repairs needed other than tubes or speakers or will pay for repairs to international customers for 2 years. I don't offer money back on custom builds but this guy wants his money back.
I was planning on fixing whatever is wrong with the amp and sending it back to him with explanation that I don't offer money back. He wants $1213 back (amp + shipping to GA + L-pad attenuator installed in rear). The speaker plugs into a J-box w/attenuator in back that has wire to amp, or it can plug direct to the amp. I can remove the attenuator box and sell the amp with no attenuator for $1150. Shipping with my FedEx account to Seattle is about $20. Speaker is a Celestion G10 Vintage per customer request.
I can put in a 230v transformer if you'd like for an extra $60.

There's one in the For Sale: Amplifiers section right now.

We discussed the one I have for sale here, but he's looking for an original. Mine has been modified.

MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, as well as some older MSAs, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Recently added a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored blue Rose, named the "Blue Bird" to the herd. Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic again that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also added a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks.

I would just keep checking that craigslist link that I posted earlier. There's a Princeton Reverb in San Jose, CA right now, for example.
