I have stayed away from this tune as no one can touch the great John Hughey's version.But this morning I came up with a slightly different version.(So I would not be a copycat).There's a few of John's licks in ,but varied it some.One time thru no edit.I had to follow John at a Steel show few years back. I looked up from Ole Blue (MSA) and there was John and the Great Herbie Wallace with others watching me!!! I could have threaded a sewing machine neddle with the sucker running.
Anyhow give a listen

Good job. I always like to hear a different version of a standard. That's what keeps them alive.

I listen to it a while ago and found a few clunkers!!
Should have done it again.Maybe I should change glasses???.The $ store ones are getting loose.
