Identical names for songs, different tunes

I think that happens quite often. An example would be Mexico. One is an instrumental and another one a song by J. D. Souther. Do other examples come to your mind?

It is my understanding that a song can be copywrited but not the title.

Firefall had a real pretty song of that name,but IIRC unrelated to the other "Mexicos".
