I’m selling a 1-year old Carter “Starter” single-neck E9 pedal steel originally purchased from Al Brisco at Steel Guitars of Canada (for $1170 CDN). This is a great entry-level pedal steel guitar; easy to play, sounds great and stays in tune. The guitar has a standard Emmons set-up with 3 pedals and 4 knee levers (for copendant, see http://carterstarter.com/steeling/cschords.html).
Aside from a bit of inevitable and purely cosmetic wear on the pedals, the instrument is in perfect condition; no scratches or dings anywhere.
The guitar comes with everything you need to get playing: Carter volume pedal, cords, steel bar (7/8” diam), extra new set of strings plus instructional DVD.
The guitar also comes with a Signature Sound hardshell case (purchased new for $140 CDN)
