Guitar and Steel Picker
I believe that was Hank picking like the Travis style and the steel picker was Curly Chalker.

The Guitar Player Sounds A Great Deal Like Jackie Phelps Or It Could have Been Curly on Guitar Also. Curly was an Accomplished 6 String Finger Picker and Owned a Gibson ES- 355 TD. I'll bet Gregg Galbraith knows the answer for sure.
It sure isn't Merle Travis, The Tone is all wrong. Isn't Travis's sound.
