Peavey Vegas 400 weight
Can someone tell me how much a Peavey Vegas 400 weighs?
Like many of us,the weight of an amp is an issue.
I have a chance to get a pretty good deal on one,but want to be able to carry it. Thanks

Wish mine hadn't burnt it that darn house fire which smoldered my Sho-Bud a few years ago ....have since got hold of a Nashville 400 and altered it to a seperate head and cabinet. Great sound, as it's the same as the Vegas as we know but without the extra channel...and now it sounds even better as more room for air to circulate in seperate cabinets

No so bad ...in comparison my Twin Reverb Amp goes 64#.
You're right about the Vegas Jerry. I bought mine from Kingfisher Music Store here in England in 1984 - believed to have been the very first one into the UK.Jerry Roller wrote:The Vegas 400 is a great amp and worth every pound.
Jerry
It's still going strong after years of gigging.
Unfortunately, I believe that Kingfisher has joined quite a few other such stores in the UK to have closed its doors recently.
I guess that's the internet for you !!
