Looking for pedal setup for Herby Wallace TABs

Does anybody have the pedals and knees setup legend for HWP TABs?
It is very confusing to see the use of pedals B,C on C6th as well as pedals B,C on E9th.

I emailed twice to HWP, but they are not responsive.
And I cannot find the right information on their website.

Think of Herby's pedals A, B, C, D, E as what many players would call 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

here's the C6 setup

Pedal A(4): raise str 4 to B
raise str 8 to B
Pedal B(5): raise str 1 to G#
lower str 5 to F#
raise str 9 to F#
raise str 10 to D
Pedal C(6): raise str 2 to F
lower str 6 to Eb
Pedal D(7): raise str 3 to D
raise str 4 to B
Pedal E 8: raise str 7 to C#
lower str 9 to E
lower str 10 to A
Knee 1 : lower str 3 to B
Knee 2 : raise str 4 to Bb
Knee 3 : lower str 5 to F
raise str 10 to D
