Just wondering if anyone has tried the "Morpheus" pitch shifter on PSG. It's made for detuning heavy metal gtrs, but I thought it might sound pretty cool on steel, especially to get low "6th" sounds. Question

pitch shifters tend to not work so well on non fretted instruments. They dont seem able to track accurately. I havent tried the morpheus tho

I appreciate the opinions, guys. The cool thing about the Morpheus is it's supposed to be polyphonic. I'm just wondering how good it tracks & how it sounds.

I had one for a few years and it was not very useful for live applications.
It was great in the studio to get a varied effect through a solo or orchestral
patch. Did not do much for the Steel guitar in my opinion. It's op level was more
suited for the studio kind of had to patch through a mixer for live situations.
