set up sho bud proIII

Can someone walk me through installing pull rods on a sho-bud pro III custom. I need to start from scratch. Beginning with the nylon tuner (how far to thread on), to the bell crank(do you leave any slack in the rod) to the pedal stop. I have only worked on sho buds with the baskets and brass collars. The nylon tuners and bell cranks are new to me.

Chuck,
Leave a little slack in the pull rod, they have specs but i dont know exacly what they are, something like a 16th of an inch, so that the finger comes back easily and free with all tempatures etc.
