Hadn't heard anything from Butch in awhile. Is he still around and playing his Fulawka.

had to laugh when I saw you post -- I was cleaning up in the
barn to day and I found a Butch Cornwell tape and the very though
went through my head -- Haven’t herd much from him on the forum
lately -- grate picker , hope he’s ok

Butch was a resident of Tacoma, Wa., before moving to a small town, east of San Antonio.

I met him again at the ISGC, perhaps 5 yrs ago, but haven't seen him since then.

The last time I was at Scotty's Convention in '08 Butch was there and playing a D-10 of some sort, I can't remember the brand. His Fulawka U-12 was on sale in the Fulawka room for $2400 I believe. I dang near bought it and I'm still kicking my butt that I didn't. It was one fine guitar. I wonder if he ever sold it.........JH in Va.
