Problem with Carter Starter pickup.

I recently purchased a used Carter Starter and the plasic cover on the pickup has lifted up. This has happened from strings 1 - 5. My question is, can this be fixed with something silly like superglue or should the pickup be replaced. And of course the warranty ran out. Thanks

Joseph, we can't know for sure without seeing the problem but I would guess that you might should just replace the pickup. I have a Carter Starter pickup that I could send you. Please email if interested.
