New Instructional course for intermediate and advanced

Post by Mike Sweeney »

I'm finishing a new course up for intermediate and advanced players called "Bandstand Tips And Tricks". It covers about anything you'll encounter on a bandstand. Loads of intros, fills, amp settings, tips on the Nashville number system and lots more. This course consists of tab and text in book form and a CD. It is NOT a DVD.
If this sounds like something you've been looking for just email me for price and ordering instructions. The first 20 orders gets a FREE gift. :D
Thanks for your time

I just ordered Mike's Course as well as his new CD. I have never received anything from Mike that just isn't worth way more than he charges for them. Thanks Mike and Teresa for the great service you provide to the Steel Guitar Community

Thanks Ray. I love our chosen instrument more than anything and I've enjoyed playing it most of my life. But more than that I love showing others what has taken me years to learn. I hope this new course will be of value to everyone. It makes me feel good when I see someones eyes light up when they find something that has eluded them for a long time and for someone to say I was a help to them. There are two more courses in the planning stages for release this spring so keep your eyes peeled for my announcements. One of these has been on the drawing board for three years. I'm just now getting the concept and layout together for it. Back to work I go. :D

Sounds like a great idea for a course, Mike! I've been wanting to do one called "How to Know When Not to Play"....won't be any playing...just a lot of silence!

Thought I'd chime in and give you a little bump and wish you luck on your instruction course.

My best,

Tim

Tom, thanks for the birthday wishes(check the post in Extended Family) and all the kind words. I feel the same about you. Teresa says hi!

Tim, the thought has crossed my mind and that subject is touched on in this course! Thanks for the bump!

This course consists of tab and text (in book form) plus a CD. At this point, I have no plans for a DVD. That may be an option at a later date. I've emailed you further info.

Thanks!
