Dr. Scientist and Analogman Pedals

Post by Jeff Valentine »

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone out there had any experience using Dr. Scientist or Analogman Pedals? I've read a little about them on the forum, and have heard the sound clips on the two websites. They're a little more expensive than most pedals, but really do sound great. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Jeff

I have the analogman "Hi Cut" modded Boss DD3 pedal and really like what it does. I thought it was worth the extra $$$.

Man alotta guysare copying Keely & analog man mods but so far Dr Scientist is the man. Madein Canada, each pedal painted by hand. Most give your signal a lil boost! I get alotta complements on my sound and I use Dr Scientist

I'm using an Analogman Bi-CompROSSor, a Boss DD-3 Digital Delay with aNaLoG.MaN High Cut Mod, a Boss DS-1 with aNaLoG.MaN Pro Midrange Mod, a Boss TR-2 Tremolo with aNaLoG.MaN Super Mod, and an Ibanez TS-9 Tube Screamer with aNaLoG.MaN Silver Mod. (Full listing on the gear page at www.lorenclaypool.com. I've been extremely pleased with all of the mods Mike has done and the Bi-CompROSSor is incredible. Mike's work is outstanding for me and what I do.
