I also like "Nameless Shuffle", "Wills Point", and "Midnight in Old Amarillo". Billy Bowman, who wrote "Midnight In Old Amarillo" and was one of my heros and a good friend, would have certainly liked your arrangement!

Mike, when Marcel's MySpace homepage clears up, yeah, its just saturated with sweat and tears all over, navigate to the upper right side. Satin Doll is not on a video but located inside the Pop-Out-Player. There is also an aviator located inside this jukebox, top left side, where you can toss virtual darts at Marcel while you listen to his excellent rendition of Satin Doll.

Thanks for the complement. It was hard working to learn this song. But It's also one of the songs what I like from my hero. All arrangements it's from the swing backing tracks from Buddy.

Thanks Bill for the complement. I never been in Dallas. In Marz my son will be born so I just must stay at home. Maybe next year I hope. I'm still playing your Big 1" bar. I love it. Also when I was in St.Louis I saw a couple of players playing with a white steel bar. What kind of bar is this? It's sounds good to me.

Marcel: Let me repeat what the others have said here: Very nice renditions of all the songs you touched and yes, that guitar does have a voice, doesn't it.

Back in the early 60's, I worked with a band out of Spangdahlem,Ger. and we were in your country quite a few times. You know how young guys are...I used to wonder if I wasn't the first pedal steel guitarist in Holland, Maybe...Maybe not !!

The 60's... I wasn,t born yet. They built me at 68. haha. Yeh... Don't tell. So I'll think you were the first steel player then in Holland. But we have also Koos Biel from Holland. I don't now when he start to picking. Maybe also in the 60's.

Yes I'm happy about my guitar. It seems that the sound will be better and better when it's get older.
I remember when I was in St.Louis few year ago
"Pappa John" tells me: Marcel, Black guitars sounds better then non-black guitars. But I don't now if that's true. Koos Biel from Holland learn me how to check if your guitar has sustain. You must pick all strings (with out plugging in your amp) and hold with your left hand the left back legg. If you feel the vibrations at the legg the sustain of your guitar is good. So this guitar has it.
yeh... It's only a information.
