Well, the secret is out; if you come to Dallas this year, Gary is supposed to bring a new guitar for Jody Cameron.
Along with Gary,Jody; I will be at the booth, probadly drooling over the new guitar. I haven't heard exactly what it is going to look like, but it is supposed to be a beauty.
Ya'll come; I am sure there is going to be a lot of conversation about the unvailing....... |

Jody's a great player it's good business for Rittenberry to have Jody playing the best he has to offer. I'm sure Jody will do the new guitar justice and make great music with it. _________________ A couple of guitars

Hey, congrats Jody, a shiny new steel! I know Jody really enjoys his Rittenberry, I've had the chance to play it for a short time at his music room, very, very nice action and tone. After checking out his guitar, a Rittenberry is on my short list if I ever get another. |

Since Jody hasn't posted any reply I'm thinking he's been pretty busy, probably been working in dead earnest all day. |

Well, I gonna let the cat out of the bag! Jody has just spent a year in Houston in school and recently has become a funeral director; which has been a dream of his for a long time.
Hold on!, he is live and well and will be in Dallas for the show pickin' and a grining'!
I think a big congradulation is in order for his accomplishments as a great steel guitar player, a great family man and a new Funeral Director.
Way to go, JC............... |

Thanks for all the kind words, guys! I've been pretty busy lately, that's for sure. I'm dead tired, Ward .
The new guitar is different in looks...I have not seen it yet, but Gary played it for me over the phone a little bit yesterday. He should be finished today or tomorrow. He is not able to post pictures, but I will as soon as I can.
See ya'll in Dallas. jc |
