Aren't you supposed to buy them a house and a new car then let them move on?

I loved that one John!

But can any of you guys equate with this>>>>

"Yes bring your steel in and set it up in the front room.... I love your playing....."

2nd.week....for some reason a small quatity of washing has made its way from the tumble drier to gently rest on top of the steel (ready for ironing)

3rd week..... steel barely visable

4th week....forget it :x

Married

Post by Vance Monday »

I've only had one and we have had about 35 years of happy married life, and that ain't bad out of 51.
My wife has been in the music business with me for all 51 years and we are still playing shows around the midwest every weekend. Life has been good to us. Raised 3 sons, have seven grand kids and 2 great grand daughters. Don't get much better than that.

I've been married to the same woman since June 11, 1979. She has put up with me for almost thirty-one years, and most of those were good ones. I hope that she'd agree with that, but we don't always agree :? . I wouldn't trade her for all the tea in China. John Richmond

Three pages on this.
Why is this such a popular subject?
Pride or regret,--or maybe a little of both?
Wally :)

Kyle,
I asked a similar question some time ago,
I could'nt (at that time)see the relevance in steel players being Ham Radio fans,or various other things.
The answer I got was that it helps us to get to know each other better.
Best regards
Billy
