David, judging by the tuners (integrated, not attached by screws) this is a pre-RP Mullen. My D-12 has the same tuners, which work great, look slick, and catch a lot less dust.
Pre-RP's sound and play great, folks.
I also note the nut rollers are not the usual brass; are these custom made, or even gauged?
