We'll have a whole Wednesday and Wednesday night. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions about music that night in the Dallas/FtWorth area. Thanks in advance.

Don't know about Dallas or Fort Worth, but a fun place to go is Southern Junction in Rockwall. Wed nite is two for one steak night and there's a huge grill where you're welcome to select and cook your own steak, do your own salad and baked potato.....of course if you prefer, they'll cook it for you.
There's also the Trail Dust with several locations in the metroplex....decent steaks and live music...never saw a steel though. Hope this helps.

Mr. Franco,
Too bad your travel to Dallas doesn't route you through, or near Hot Springs, Arkansas. Ronnie,of Ronnie's Guitar Shop, is hosting a mini show at his theater, Wednesday nite , prior to the Dallas show..Some great players will be there...Johy Hughey, Herbie Wallace, Ronnie..and others..Russ Hicks and Laney, and Randy Beavers were supposed to come, but I have heard they cannot leave Nashville in time to play the show..I hope that proves untrue , and they can in fact be there..Hal Rugg was also going, but I think he is flying into Dallas...But it will be a great show...All of you in that area ,come on out...

Thanks for your reply guys.. Is Hot Springs Arkansas very far from Dallas? I guess I could look at a map but don't have one close. You're right about cookin your own steak..I could do that at home.

Hot Springs is about a 5 hour drive from Dallas...all Interstate except the last 25 miles, which is a good road, and part of it 4-lane...
