| Ok gang! Now's the time to start your engines and head for the 13th annual NE IA Steel Gtr Jam/Show in Waterloo this coming weekend. The weather forecast is good, roads are clear, temps are fine PLUS we'll be graced by the presence and superb playing of Scotty, Russ & Laney, and Herby. In addition, you'll hear some fine picking from over 30 steel players from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. To top it off, if you're looking for something to do after checking in at the Heartland Motel, you might be interested in taking in two jams Friday night, i.e., a circle jam at the Eagles Club in downtown Waterloo and another jam at Paulie's Place. Wish Pat and I could be there, however we started the season at the theater earlier this year and I have to work,(theres that word again).
