Austin just happens to be the Public Relations Officer of the Kansas Steel Guitar Association! He's played all the steel guitar venues like St. Louis, Dallas, Phoenix, Tulsa, Branson Mo., Siloam Springs Ark. and Baxter Springs Ks. plus many more that I've probably forgotten. Music shows in Coffeyville Ks. and Kansas City Ks. He has at least 2 or 3 cd's made and to top it all off, he's only 15 years old. I'm sure that his Mom will fill you in on the rest. All I can say is that the KSGA is real proud of him and honored that he's a member and Officer and a true blue JAYHAWKER. Ray

Thanks Ray and Henry. I wondered why I started getting comments on the Youtube videos again. I checked the forum and figured it out. Those videos were made when Austin was 13 and Dalton was 9. Austin has come a long way since then, and I need to post some updated video. Dalton, the little guy on piano is 11 now and he has lost most of his interest in music. He has a wonderful ear and talent for it, and we hope he will pick it up again when he is older. If he doesn't, that's okay. He makes us proud in so many other ways as well.

Thanks for the kind words posted here and on YouTube. We are proud of the boys. Austin will be playing in AZ in a couple of weeks.

I AM VERY PROUD TO CALL THESE BOYS " GRANDSONS". I figured some of my grand kids would play music, but even if I do say so myself, I never figured on having one like Austin. I hope Dalton will take an interest in piano ( my favorite instrument ) again one day, but if not that's okay. I have a grand daughter that can play piano, but has lost interest also. She is a very good singer though. I have another grandson that has shown interest in music, but hasn't settled on anything yet. He is still young too though, so maybe he will pick up something later. If not, he is a very good hunter.
