Ok guys,i guess it's my turn. Sure had a wonderful time at our get together and want to thank each and everyone for coming by along with a few who couldn't be here. Thank you all for your kind words,and most of all thank you for supporting Buddy! Ron Elliot named the guitar and we dubbed her 22 Mag. Special thanks to Mark Giles for building the cabinet. Buddy told him the basic tones he wanted in each neck and Mark knowing what he knows about wood....nailed it!! After a few final tweaks and a couple of knee lever changes,the guitar is now in Buddys hands.......and what great hands they are. Should be hearing it soon and plans to play it at Scotty's convention this year. I also want to thank you Buddy, for having the faith in me to build this very special guitar! After a lot of hard work and the obstacles that got in the way,i couldn't help but believe this would be one great sounding guitar. Seems like the harder they go together,the better they sound. To Johnny and Joan Cox,thanks for your nice comments and hope all is well with you there in Dallas.........we missed having you here. Special thanks to Bob Knight for the pictures and once again,thanks to all those who showed up for our unveiling. THE END!!!

Jimmie;
I think "The Beginning" would be a better choice of words in this case... Wish I could have been there with you all.

I think Buddy mentioned he liked 3/8 string spacing. That is just a little bit wider than the usual standard of 11/32. I alos have the slightly wider spacing on my Pro 1 Sho-Bud and I like it.........al

John, Buddy quoted the above in an earlier post on this threadIn rearranging my pedals A and C, I gave Jimmy a wrong knee lever combination for the new arrangement and had to leave the guitar there for him to correct it. When everything is in its proper place I’ll post the tuning and changes either here or Ernie’s site. Thanks for your interest.

As you know Jimmie, I'm sorry I couldn't be there (and Buddy). I was in the studio.
Hope to see you both again soon!
