Pedal rod ends, Fender400,800,1000,2000

I'm looking for 5 pedal rod ends for a Fender 1000. The photo shows the original. I just found 4 but need at least one more plus 5 of the "ball nuts" that attach to the pedal. Anybody have any before I go to the machine shop?

pete, i have 4 fender rods with those ends on them. don't have the part that attaches to the pedal. let me know if you're interested. thanks, paul
