The "Boss Lady" has just released a new single that folks are getting real excited about. I'm sure there will be the "Nay-Sayers" about it, but I for one think it's great. To check it out go to www.leeannwomack.com then click the play button at the top left of the page.
She's also started a new website called Lee Ann Womack Country Music Appreciation Society and Social Club. It's free to join, fun, and quite informative. Be sure to read the rules for membership. 
Of course I'm biased, but she does carry a steel player in the band, me, and always has one on her records. I think that's something to be supported.

Randy....she's really blessed to have you as a player in her band.....Your CD is just about worn out from the hours of playing it's gotten.....I'm glad I saved it down to my computers in my home studio.....I never get tired of listening to it. Have fun on the road with LeeAnn.....she's great, and she's country. HAL

If she's got anything better than "Am I The Only Thing You've Done Wrong", on this one I'll buy a copy. That's one of the best country songs to come along in the past decade. Best I remember, it had Paul and Larry Franklin on it.
Randy. You've got one of the better gigs, and you're a great player.
