Look in the yellow pages for an embroidry shop that is computerized. Take them a logo on floppy (picture of a steel, etc,) and they can digitize it into the format required by their machines. Once you have the digital master (which is the expensive part) you can have the logo -- with or without your name -- embroidried onto any piece of clothing for just a few bucks. The shop I use charged me $75 for the digitized logo and about $7 for ecah shirt I had it put on.
