We're off again! I fly up to Minneapolis tomorrow, and shows are as follows.....

11/8 - Sioux Falls, SD
11/9 - Duluth, MN
11/10 - Fargo, ND
11/12 - Ft Wayne, IN
11/13,14 - Saginaw, MI
11/16,17 - Newberry, SC (two shows a day)
11/19 - Wilkes-Barre, PA
11/20 - Kingston, NY
11/21 - New Bedford, MA

Do you think they just threw darts into a map of the USA?

As always, come and say 'hi' if you're anywhere near.

I played golf in my shorts today here in Naples - I expect it'll be a different story in MN tomorrow.....

Roger, that Duluth date make me shiver all over again! I once walked two blocks from my hotel to a restaurant in downtown Duluth and caught pneumonia!

Richard - not quite! Check my earlier 'W'house' thread for more detail, but only about 25% of the written stuff is vital to the score. It's great fun to play, and there's plenty of chance to play out and make up one's own fills.

Hi, Gene!

Duluth WAS cold - I'd hoped a Forumite would meet the bus with some hot soup, but it wasn't to be..... Actually, there's a Skywalk (enclosed) that went from the Holiday Inn to the theatre, so we didn't suffer too much.

Duluth was fascinating! It's the destination for the ore trains of the Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range trains, and the port terminal is an incredible sight with all the lift-bridges and freighters waiting for the iron-ore. I'm SO disappointed that we got there too late to visit the DM&IR museum so I could see the massive 2-8-8-4 'Yellowstone' locomotive that represents their old tractive-power.

Tonight we're in Wilkes-Barre, and tomorrow we go to Kingston, NY; I got the e-mail, Fooch - do try to come and see me and we'll catch up. Check your e-mail....

I'll be back in Naples by Monday afternoon, and I don't resume this tour until January.

More news as it happens.....
