David, I use a DD-3 delay mainly for trying to learn OBS from your DVD. I use the amp reverb on my Nashville 1000, it has the Burr Brown chip mod, which IMO sweetens up the reverb, and overall sound of the amp.

I have a pedalboard with effects boxes on it. I use it sometimes according to the song as my band plays a variety of stuff. Mostly I use them for distortion and delay, sometimes phase or chorus and a filter. That being said, the best tone is my Emmons through the Sarno Freeloader and Goodrich 120 volume pedal to my Fender Twin Reverb with out any other signal processing. My amp's reverb sounds better than the stomp boxes I have tried.

Can you call a Fender tube reverb unit a pedal? Maybe in an old school sense? It does sit on the floor and is controlled by a footswitch. It gets used with non-reverb amps like Showman and the Bandmaster. The Fender tube driven spring units, internal or external, are my faves.

You need a third option on your poll: Sometimes
I sometimes use a delay pedal - lately an MXR Carbon Copy analog delay, sometimes a Boss DD5. But I prefer my Ibanez AD202 rack unit.
I also use pedals for fuzz and overdrive with PSG. It depends on the type of music the gig involves.
I don't have a reverb pedal, but I have a Boss 1/2 rack space digital reverb unit I use when I can't use amp reverb. Kind of noisy, but it has that "paid for" feature that I like.
