Folks, I hope you don't have those machines Florida disposed of--- If so be sure those dimples show through real clearly---don't want law suits and such in a prominent steeler's club now do we ? -

Hey guys....

I'm not in the club but am from Florida.....
i don't know whose on the ballot but as long as someone
named "Chad" isn't running it should be a good election.
If there is a problem...we have a ton of lawyers here just itching to contest something....

Na.............. Smiley will NEVER be missed. Because "He just won't go away"

Thank Goodness, because we (NTSGA) and the rest of the world adore him as for what and who he is.

Bill, I agree with you. Even tho I have been a member of NTSGA for a couple of years or so, I have never personally met and shook hands with Smiley. I sure admire his wit and talents but I am not one to go up and bother the stars. I just sit back and let them have there privacy. Maybe one night soon I can get up to the Cowboy saloon and hear Smiley pick. I did hear him at the Christmas party.

Alright gang, you heard the man. I'm a "star",so you'd better stop messin' with me,& no more free autographs to the ones that do!!
Seriously Gere, thanx for the compliment. I ain't no "star",& I personally hate that term. Oft times we hang that term on a person,& they start believing their own press releases. That's when the trouble begins. They are no better or worse than us. They put their pants on the same way we do,one leg at a time. I prefer,at best,"artist",or "performer". The stars are in the sky. Alot of times, people ask me if they can help carry in my equipment in. I kinda joke with 'em,& tell 'em that,if they start doin' that, then I'll expect it from everyone. Until the day comes that I can't lift any of it,I'll carry my own load,in EVERY sense of the word. Thanx again.
