Andy...I sent 3 pairs of National Finger picks off to you today along with a check for $8.00 and a note describing the following:

I put 1 matching pair of national NP-2 in one baggy to be coated 1 red and 1 black..

The other 2 pairs of nationals I put in another baggy to be coated 2 picks black and 2 picks red. These 2 pairs are labeled a little different so I want to keep them separated from the ones above that are labeled NP-2.

Please email me or call when you send me back the coated picks

Thanks JR Ross cell 505-553-3985

Andy I ordered one pair Dunlop black, one pair dunlop red, one pair of nationals, one red one black. Thanks!

Yeah if I was in Bossier city I would be at the hayride restaurant eating brisket, or over at the catfish joint on Dourchette bayou stuffing catfish down my throat. Miss that food.

Picks

Post by JR Ross »

Thanks Andy....
One more Thought... I have heard a lot about the Newman picks even before you started coating picks.. I studied with Jeff early 80's in Hernmitage Tennessee..I will never forget what he did for me as a player... if you ever got a chance to work with Fran on getting his picks as a choice I want to order 3 more pairs.... Let me Know.... Thanks so much...

Steve; Can't get to that catfish rest. right now, It's on an island, 2 ft. of water over the road. Launch your boat off Hwy 80 if you dare the current on Dorchete.
Ross; Don't think I could get Frans picks at a price I could come out on after shipping and coating. Probably would have to get around $15.00 a pair & that's to much IMHO. I do coat yours for $1 a pick plus $2 P&H for the batch. if you send 'em to me. Works pretty good. Done quite a few. Thanks Guys. Andy H.

I got a chance to meet Andy this weekend. What a great guy! (and smart too!) I still have some adjusting to get them just they way I like it but I like the coating. My cuticles are extra sensitive for some reason. I would highly recommend them. (For what that's worth!)

Boy Steve, I must have been bad upset that day, sent you too many & shorted another 1 pick. Gotta do better than that. Guess that's one way to sell extra picks. :( :) Happy pickin'. Andy H.
