I received the video Saturday.
Can't tear myself away from it.
It shows the steel, Tom's hands and feet.
Noodling is a good word for the video. If you can't learn some stuff from this, it would surely surprise me.
By the way, this is an 11 string ZB, 4 pedals, 5 knee levers.
Thanks Rolene for making this available.

Tom`s DVD
If everyone loves Tom and his playing like I do they will want to get this DVD. When we were in Branson doing some shows I asked Tom if he would show me some things on the steel. Tom said sure, anytime just come on over. I asked Tom if he would mind if I brought my video camera. He said sure bring it with you. I wanted to be able to take it home and play it over and over and learn some of the things he was doing. Tom started playing his guitar without any warm up time or anything. His tone and technique are just great. You have to realize this was done just for my eyes only. Rolene found this in some of Tom`s music things and asked if I would mind if she made a DVD out of it. Of course, it was hers to do with as she wished. I am just happy that there was some video of Tom left for us to look at. I only took pictures of the guitar and hands and also the feet. I just wish I had taken pictures of Tom and my smiling appreciative face when we got through. I also want to thank Rolene and the family for giving us all the opportunity to have this DVD as a rememberence of Tom and his great Talent. Thanks Norm Hamlet
