I sent an email as soon as this was listed. I never heard from Phil either. I assumed it was sold. Then I see a few days later he says he'll take $5? I can't help but wonder what the deal really is? Any number of us would give much more for this book, so what is the deal?

Me too. Since this book often sells for more than 10x or 15x his price, I'm thinking its a "too good to be true" situation.
