| Great meeting, great crowd, and great picking. Jody Sanders on a Pedalmaster D10 and Bobby Bowman on an Emmons D10 treated us to a good set of country instrumentals. Then The Texas Tradition Band from San Antonio treated us to some of the best Texas Swing, Western Swing, and tradional country music that I have heard in a while. Jim on bass, Richard on fiddle, Rocco on drums, Schaney on lead guitar and Roger Edginton on a Zum D10 pedal steel. Their vocalist Billy Mata was not able to make the trip. Vocals: Jac Rickman, Bill Helm, Patty and Billy Phelps,and Fred Jack. Billy Mata and The Texas Tradition Band have a new CD just out that is a "killer". This CD is a "must" for those of us who still like to hear it traditional. Thanks to everyone who attended and a special thanks to Billy and Patty Phelps for their efforts in keeping our club alive. | What a suprise you guys allowing me to patticipate in such a great show. I bought there CD and I can't take it out of my player, it's really great and I recomend it to everyone. Thanks. |

I'm mad! I wasn't there! I wish I would have been! What a bunch of great guys! This may be where the "Heart of Steel Guitars" may actually be! The center of the steel guitar universe.
