I will be up in the Texas Hill Country this Saturday night(9/25) with the Corpus area band "Five Card Draw" (8 piece band). We will be at the House Pasture Bar and Restaurant on River Road - at Con Can, Texas.
For ya'll that aren't from around here - that is on the Frio River deep in the heart of the hills. The occasion is opening for dove season. Looking for a good, rowdy crowd. So if you are in the vicinty, drop on in. For any of you Central Tx pickers that are off Sat night - would like to meet you..come on out and introduce yourselves.

| Hey Gary. That's a pretty good drive from Corpus,but a neat place to play. I got off easy Saturday. Played at Canyon Lake. |

Roger,
Yes it is a fair drive...but some of us were in the Hill Cntry anyway (bird hunting). That's a great place to play. And it seems I saw Billy's name signed up on the top of the bandstand. That's our second trip up there, and it appears we will be back a couple of times a year.
Did you get the pictures I sent you several weeks back?
