Post by Jeff Massie »

Black Fessenden SD-10 3&5 For Sale Emmons set up with case, I will add pictures next week. I have had this steel for about a year, I have purchase a new Williams to replace it. Played at home or a few family gatherings no gigs. $1750 includes shipping to the lower 48 states only. Plays great.

This would be a great steel for someone starting out I started with a Carter Starter, which is a great steel for the price but if you can spend the money I would have purchased a used guitar like this one. If you are just starting out and have any desire at all you will soon be hooked.

Tom, sorry that I haven't got back to you,I am having trouble with my e-mail. The steel comes with a case but no leg bag, it has a Bill Lawerance 710 pick up on it and the legs are adjustable. If you having trouble with height of the steel, you could see if you can order longer pedal rods. I will have pictures this week, thanks for the interest

Thanks Jeff, I will be waiting to see the pics. What year model is your Fessy, and what condition is it in?

At $1,750 including shipping, with Jeff having it less than a year it never seeing the outside of the house, I'd buy it sight unseen if I didn't already have two Fessys here at the house.

Sorry 'bout that, Jeff. However, even an older Fessy SD10 3+5 is worth your asking price. Good luck with your sale.

I have an identical fessy down to the bill lawrence 710. Fantastic tone. stays in tune. Plenty sustain in Huey land. this is not a starter guitar but one that will carry its own with the best
