I purchased a used Tonic that had a couple of issues. Brad emailed me at least 5 or 6 times trying to work thru my problems to no avail. I shipped it back to to him & within a week and half I had it back fully repaired & sounding great & no COST!!

Brad Sarno, in my opinion, is #1 customer service in the Steel Guitar community.

This is one of many dealings I have had with Brad & I have always been satisfied with the end result.
