Pickup Wires Question ?

Hi Guys,

I have a single coil pickup that came off a Linkon steel guitar and like to know about the connection wires...it has a red, white and green wire..., it read 13.5 ohms with green and white, and 18.5 ohms with green and red, does it means that its a three coil tap settings pickup?, ...red and white doesn't read anything.

Sounds like the green wire is ground, and the pickup is wound to 18.5K with a coil tap at 13.5K.
